Joe is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Prior to co-founding Water & Wetland he worked for a leading lake management firm, where he managed projects from the design phase through the implementation of management.
Joe specializes in educating clients on best practices and has been featured as a guest speaker for New England Turfgrass Association, CAI CT as well as other associations, discussing pond management best practices. Joe’s main role within Water & Wetland is implementing new projects and insuring customer satisfaction. When calling Water & Wetland to discuss the possibility of implementing a new program, you’ll deal directly with an owner, who is certainly local.
Colin is an aquatic biologist specializing in identifying invasive wetland and upland species. Colin has decades of experience and is a licensed applicator in MA, CT, and RI. Colin is affiliated with NALMS (North American Lake Management Society), NEAB (New England Association of Environmental Biologists), and NEAPMS (Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society).
Colin has worked in the lake management industry since 2006 and has vast experience in project design and implementation. This includes a variety of programs including: chemical, mechanical, and manual. Through his years in the industry, Colin has managed hundreds of bodies of water and excels at controlling invasive species, both in water and in wetland. From water quality to invasive species control, Colin has in depth knowledge and experience.
James is a graduate of University of Rhode Island with a degree in Environmental Science. He has worked in the lake management industry since 2012, where he has gained extensive experience identifying aquatic invasive species (AIS) and creating management programs to achieve clients’ goals.
Prior to joining Water & Wetland’s team, James worked as a field chemist, environmental specialist, and environmental scientist for other New England environmental firms. James is a licensed pesticide applicator in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. His main role within Water & Wetland is to oversee and manage complex projects, from permitting through implementation and reporting. James is affiliated with Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society (NEAPMS) and is also a member of Paxton Massachusetts Conservation Commission. As a client of Water & Wetland, it is likely that James will be involved in some, if not all aspects of your project.
Scott is an aquatic biologist specializing in aquatic vegetation and identifying invasive wetland and upland species. Scott has years of experience and is a licensed applicator in MA, CT, RI, WA, and OR. Scott Graduated from SUNY Oneonta, NY with a B.S. in Environmental Science.
Scott has worked in the lake management industry since 2015 and has gained vast experience in lake and pond management during that time. This includes a variety of services, such as overseeing and managing projects involved with aquatics and land surveys, invasive species, maintaining and designing innovative implementation equipment, installing and servicing fountains, aeration systems, and more. Through his years in the industry, Scott has managed hundreds of water bodies and excels at controlling aquatic, wetland, and upland invasive species. Jess holds decades of experience in customer service, business administration, and office management. Prior to joining Water & Wetland, she worked on accounting and administration for a large, national, property management and real estate firm.
